These Community Guidelines apply to goals, posts, images, profile information, reactions, reports, and other activity in SmartGoals. They complement our Terms of Use.
1. Be respectful
Encourage progress and treat others with respect. Do not bully, harass, threaten, shame, or target other people. Hate speech, discriminatory content, and unwanted sexual content are not allowed.
2. Keep content safe and lawful
Do not post illegal content, credible threats, graphic violence, content encouraging self-harm, scams, spam, malware, or sexually explicit material. Content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children is strictly prohibited.
3. Respect privacy and rights
Only upload images and other content that you own or are allowed to share. Do not publish another person’s personal information, private images, or confidential information without permission. Do not impersonate a person or organisation.
4. Use social features responsibly
Do not manipulate reactions, use fake accounts, repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop, or try to bypass a block. Use the visibility settings for your goals and posts thoughtfully.
5. Report and block
You can report posts, users, or issues using the in-app reporting tools. You can block users to prevent them from interacting with you. We review reports as soon as reasonably practicable, but do not guarantee a specific review time.
6. How we enforce these Guidelines
We may remove content, limit features, issue warnings, suspend, or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe these Guidelines or our Terms have been violated. We may preserve relevant information where necessary for safety, legal compliance, or enforcement.
7. Emergencies
SmartGoals is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
